Telephone, Email and Text Communication

I try to return phone calls within one business day unless stated otherwise on my outgoing phone message. I use email and text with my clients for the purpose of appointment or other scheduling, or for other non-clinical matters, if my clients provide consent for me to do so. Please note that I cannot offer crisis services.
