With a warm, relaxed and conversational style, I provide a safe and nurturing space through which you can explore the issues that have led you to seek professional help. For thirty-one years I have been privileged to work with individuals and families facing relationship and interpersonal issues, health challenges, who are depressed, anxious, feeling alone, experiencing trauma, workplace stress, family dysfunction, and many other issues.
In successful therapy, and despite the often painful material you bring in, you look forward to your sessions and soon begin to experience yourself feeling more spontaneous, flexible, more confident, joyful, perhaps more loving and lovable, and more like the person you know yourself to be.
