Telephone, Email and Text Communication
I try to return phone calls within one business day unless stated otherwise on my outgoing phone message. Please note that I cannot offer crisis services, so if you are in distress and feel you need immediate assistance, please click here for a list of local crisis resources.
I use email and text with my clients for the purpose of appointment or other scheduling, or for other non-clinical matters, if my clients provide consent for me to do so.
